Weekly newsletters and relevant marketing material sent by email

Our email Newsletter,  is an opt in newsletter, where Emily Lucin, Samuel Despotis and Zesty Agency use a newsletter to create and share social media tips and advice. The information gathered by site visitors providing their contact information via opt in form on the website, is stored and managed on our service providers’ servers. This information is then used to email each of the subscribers on the list, each week with the weekly newsletter and other information relevant to our services (including our Zesty Membership).

Compliance with Our Privacy Policy

We use the information we collect only in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Customers who subscribe to our email newsletter are obligated through our agreements with them to comply with this Privacy Policy.

Service Providers

The information that we collect from subscribing to the email newsletter, is shared with Klaviyo, as we send our newsletters via this service provider.  In all cases where we share your information with such agents, we explicitly require the agent to acknowledge and adhere to our privacy and customer data handling policies.

Site User Experience Tracking

We may use tracking software to review and improve your experience of our Site, including but not limited to Google Analytics Advertising Products. Google Analytics collects data about our site traffic via Google Advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers. Data collected via these Google products is not linked with any personally identifiable information you submit while on our Site. Retention of Personal Information

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we securely delete the information, and then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. When you use our services our view content provided by us, we automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information is used by Zesty Agency for the operation of the newsletter, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Zesty Agency Website. For these purposes, we do link this automatically-collected data to Personal Information such as name, email address, address, and phone number.

If you are a visitor/customer located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Zesty Agency is the controller of this data, gathered when you subscribe to email newsletter.
